There are two buildings that run programs for high school students; Clinton High School and the Lincoln Campus. Currently, there are two middle schools in town; Washington and Lyons. The elementary schools are Bluff, Eagle Heights, Jefferson, and Whittier. Some at-risk and behavior-challenged students receive their educational programming at CHS-West which is part of the Lincoln Campus.
