In the plan, the reader will find the current status regarding the improvement goal, the goal for the year, and an action plan for achieving the goal. Any questions regarding goal improvement should be directed to the Building Principal or the Curriculum Director. 2012-2013 C-Plan At the beginning of the 2009 - 2010 school year Jefferson Elementary was designated as a School In Need of Assistance (SINA) for not increasing the percentage of free and reduced students proficient in reading comprehension on the Iowa Tests of Basic Skills.
