Induction Class of 2013 – Head Wrestling Coach
Bob Lueders was a 1949 graduate of Clinton High School. Lueders was a three sport athlete, earning a football scholarship to Bradley University. In 1963 Lueders became the head wrestling coach at Clinton High School. During his career his teams won 294 dual meets, having twenty-five winning dual meet seasons. Lueders coached fifteen individuals to state championships, and his team won the state team championship in 1987. Lueders is also a member of the Bradley University Hall of Fame and the Iowa High School Wrestling Coaches Hall of Fame.
