Induction Class of 2016 – Track & Field, Volleyball
McGee was a 2003 graduate of Clinton High School. She was a varsity letterman in volleyball and track. McGee held the school record in volleyball for most kills on the right side of the court. In track, McGee set school records in the long jump and triple jump. McGee won multiple MAC and District championships in track and field and was a state qualifier multiple times. McGee was a state champion in the long jump and two time Drake Relays champion and record holder. McGee was also a state champion in Iowa’s pentathlon.
Upon graduating, McGee went on to letter in track at the University of Iowa and she participated in the Big Ten Championships in the heptathlon. Angie and her husband John, currently reside in DeWitt with their two children Elin and Jack.
