Roushar, Maureen

Maureen Roushar was a 1989 graduate of Clinton High School.  Roushar was a two-time individual state golf champion as well as a member of the 1988 championship girls golf team.  In basketball, she earned All-Conference and All-State honors.

Roushar went on to play golf at Iowa State University where she registered 13 top-10 finishes and 6 top-5 finishes.  She was a member of the 1993 Big Eight Team Champions, which remains the only team in ISU women’s golf history to win a conference championship.  While at ISU, Roushar also earned 1^st team All-Conference honors.

After graduation, she worked as a club golf professional for four years and competed on multiple mini-tours.
