Steve Cagley is a 1976 graduate of Clinton High School, where he participated in multiple sports. Immediately following graduation, Steve along with his brothers and brother-in-law founded Sanitol Service Inc. where he has dedicated 46 years to serving the needs of the community.

Steve has always been highly active in volunteering his time to the Clinton Community. Most notably, he served on the Vision Iowa Committee, Riverboat Days Commodore in 1998, Riverview Park Commission, and River King and Queen Athletic Booster Club.

The Clinton School District is no stranger to Steve’s volunteerism. He began taking stats for Clinton High School football in 1978, where he currently still volunteers his Friday nights under the lights. He was awarded the TD Club Volunteer of the Year in 2014 and was recognized by the State of Iowa, receiving the Distinguished Service Award for 40 years of volunteering to the Clinton Community School District in 2016. Steve also enjoys volunteering his time during home wrestling and track meets.

Steve and his wife, Krista have three children; Shaun, Lindsey and Kelsey, all graduates of Clinton High School and four grandchildren.
