INSTRUCTIONS

If you have a child that will be 5 years old on or before September 15, 2024, they are eligible to attend Kindergarten OR Transitional Kindergarten in our schools next school year!!

Kindergarten Roundup was held Thursday, April 11, 2024. If you were not able to attend, feel free to contact your resident school if you would like to talk with anyone prior to completing the online registration application (click the Instructions link above for details). We require "proof of birthdate" (usually a birth certificate or other proof of birth) to be on file before your child starts school. There are also IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS in order to enter Kindergarten. Please discuss any immunization concerns or questions with the school nurse. These documents can be uploaded to the online registration application or you will be asked to email or bring them to the school or district office.

Listed below are required forms that must be filled out and returned to your child’s school in the fall.  Forms are available at health care provider offices or you may print them from the website and bring to your child’s physical appointment.
