DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Thursday May 8 2025

I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one Nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

  • If you find something that isn’t yours, turn it into the “Lost and Found” located by the library.  If the item you find is small or electronic please give it to the library ladies. Also, don’t forget to keep checking the “Lost and Found” if you have misplaced something, because not everything lost is found right away. The gray tub is getting quite full.

  • If you borrowed a loaner computer or charger you need to get it returned to the library ASAP.

  • After-School Tutoring is being offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 - 4:45 in the New Library!  There is no cost.  We have staff in most of the core classes available! Please ask a CHS teacher or administrator if you would like to attend! Time is running out to get grades up. Let our Tutors help you.

  • Congratulations to Abigail McNanna and Candis Hamstra for winning first place at the iJAG Skills Development Conference in Ankeny yesterday. Abi and Candis competed in the Project-Based Learning showcase against schools from across the state and earned top recognition in the high school division. You've made CHS and iJAG proud!
