The CHS History Club is putting on their annual Thanksgiving Feast on Tuesday, November 25th at 3:45 in room 205. This is a time where we share food, stories, and learn about cultures' traditions and celebrations from around the world. We also take time to put away some common misconceptions about our own Thanksgiving and learn new or forgotten things you never knew you wanted to know! If you'd like to join us email or stop by Mr. Hollister's room to sign up! Fun fact #1- There was a time that at the end of the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade it was custom to just release the giant balloon characters into the air and usually out over the Atlantic! Many were never to be seen again, but if people found them they were to bring them back for a prize. This practice ended in 1932 when a pilot accidentally struck a giant Felix the Cat balloon!
The game club will meet today from 3:45 to 5:15 pm
