  • No school on Monday May 25th.

  • Next week the library will be prepping for computer check-in so we are going to have limited seating available. Please plan accordingly for flexes and down time.

  • There will be a BOYS GOLF meeting on WEDNESDAY right away after school in Coach McEwen’s room discussing summer opportunities and the Fall Season. Talk to Coach McEwen if you can’t make it!

  • Future Girls Tennis Players:  If you missed our tennis meeting last week, please stop by the athletic director's office, and see Ms Thompson for your tennis information!  Anyone may join for the first practice on August 3rd .  We have rackets for anyone that has not played before.  We also have some of the top players in the state again this year.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.  Coach Rasche

  • Seniors (who check their email on Friday): Important date for the end of your school year: May 24th: Graduation Day. 1:00 pm Report for Graduation. 2:00 pm Ceremony

  • Don’t forget to order your yearbooks! Last day to order is May 30th. Orders can be placed online using the following link. https://jostensyearbooks.com/?REF=A02308100 or the QR code outside Mrs. Albrecht's room (A105).

  • Students: If you have marked up or stickered your computer it is time to start getting your computers cleaned up for computer check in. 

  • Please check the “Lost and Found”, it is spread out on a table on the main floor of the academic wing and small or electronic items are in the library. Please look over the items and reclaim anything that is yours. 

  • If you still have library books out please get them returned ASAP.  All checked out books have been marked lost. Get them returned so we can remove the fees.

  • If you have a loaner charger please get them back to the library ASAP and if you have a loaner computer not checked out today also please return it ASAP.

  • Last night, the River Queens hosted the Davenport Central Blue Devils in the final regular season soccer match of the season. The Queens kept it close in the first half only trailing by a score of 1-0 at halftime. Central started to pull away in the second half and defeated Clinton 5-0. The Queens complete their regular season with a record of 5 wins against 12 losses.  A special thank you goes out to this year's Seniors for their leadership and dedication to this program! Congratulations to Taylor Almquist, Alyssa Determan, Aubrey Fergurson, Jasalyn Jensen, McKenna Morhardt, Olivia Schneeberger, and Emma Wulf!  The JV Queens wrapped up their season with a solid 4-0 win against Central, completing a season record of 5 wins and 8 losses. Scoring for the JV Queens were Karla Aguiano Facio who had two goals, Sophia Housenga who scored one, and Avery Watters who added one goal. Helping out in goal were Zoey Steen with six saves, aided by keepers Violet Hensel and Addy Cramm.  The River Queens open post-season play in class 2A Region 1 next Thursday, May 28th as they travel to Independence for a 7:00pm match.  Thank you so much to our supporters over the season! We appreciate the family and friends of the girls in this program who come out to cheer us on all season long!!!
