and getting creative while building 3D landforms. Team work! 👏

Our very own, Gary DeLacy, along with Northeast Superintendent, Neil Gray, and Central DeWitt Superintendent, Dan Peterson!
With transportation being short staffed, all three local superintendents obtained their CDL and are able to drive a bus on the days they are needed, along with other district employees that have stepped up. We appreciate them!
‼️ If you are interested in becoming a bus driver for CCSD, we would LOVE to have you! Please apply today: https://www.applitrack.com/clintonia/onlineapp/default.aspx?Category=Transportation

Erica Felkey!
Continued response to favorite work-related memory:
"...Year after year the first day looks and feels very similar. New shoes and new backpacks accompany the kids as they make their way down the beautiful, shiny hallways of Eagle Heights. Teachers eagerly wait by their doorways to greet each child. The last day of school is also very special to me. Each year staff line the drive of Eagle Heights. As carloads and school buses drive away, families are honking, waving, and hollering, 'Thank You!' It's a real sense of love and appreciation. My third favorite work-related memory is the day graduates walk through the halls in cap and gown! Their smiles (my tears) paint such a beautiful picture that represents, 'our work here is done.' When I see students that were once a part of 'Felkeyville' it just fills me with excitement and pride! It's by far my favorite memory year after year."

Learning fire safety - so important! We're glad to see our students take interest and ask questions.
Thanks, CFD!

Jordan Voss is a Reading Corps Tutor at Eagle Heights. Jordan was recognized for three specific reasons: Her passion to build strong relationships with students, her effective communication with teachers, and her strong focus on data.
Thank you and congratulations!
