Today’s Announcements:
Any student who took 7th grade counseling hex 2 and made a vision board if you would like it back to take home please pick it up from Ms. Holland TODAY.
iJAG Has a BIG Announcement: Red vs. Black Food Drive Challenge! We are excited to announce the upcoming Red vs. Black Food Drive Challenge, taking place from January 5th through January 16th. This friendly competition invites all students from the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Red and Black Teams to participate while working together to support our local community.
Attention wrestlers - please make sure your gear gets turned into a coach. 7th grade to Mr. Schnee and 8th to Mr. Petersen. Also, a few wins were accidentally left off yesterday's announcement. The coaches would like to highlight Owen Lueders and Brayden Booth for capping off the River King's season with two huge wins. Overall the team registered 145 wins over the span of our 7-meet season. We're proud of you guys. Go Kings!
Thank you to EVERYONE who voted in the 8th Grade FCS Gingerbread House SHOWDOWN! We had 100+ votes, and the competition was INTENSE. With only cookies, icing, and candy (and a LOT of courage), our builders went head-to-head in a sugary battle of creativity. After the icing settled, our TOP TWO HOUSES are… HOUSE #5 and HOUSE #12!!! Huge shout-out to all our bakers, builders, and voters this was sweet chaos at its finest
TODAY’S MENU
MAIN LINE: Chicken nuggets, crinkle cut fries
ALTERNATIVE: Domino’s pizza, crinkle cut fries
VEGGIE OF THE DAY: baby carrots
