This past weekend members of the CHS Band traveled to the University of Iowa to participate in their honor band. There were two bands with close to 200 students from school all over Iowa. Students rehearsed with their ensembles Saturday and Sunday morning and then put on a concert Sunday afternoon.

CHS Bowlers placed 2nd as a team at the state qualifying meet yesterday and are headed to state! Hunter and Brycen Lawrence, Charlie Pelham and Blake Shepard will also be going to state for individuals. Way to go!
