The win started in the back with keeper BJ Cooley, and a back line rotation of Lincoln Hinrichs, Brady Kurtz, Ammar Albaghdadi, Alonso Aguila, and Chase Collender keeping the Irish to a handful of long range shots. After several promising buildups, the kings finally took the lead about an hour into the match. Josh Liles played a cross in that eventually found Brayden Schadowsky, who put it away easily. Brayden was selected as Man of the Match, for his game winning goal and overall tenacity he brought, especially in the second half of the game. The kings are back on the road on Monday in Eldridge, with jv and varsity games against the North Scott Lancers.
