For Seniors considering Clinton Community College after high school, on Wednesday, November 20th, we have scheduled an opportunity for you to visit CCC. It is a fun opportunity to meet with the Admission teams, learn about financial aid and scholarship opportunities, and visit with student engagement. Calling all creatives: Come audition for the Clinton High School Speech Team! Speech helps strengthen your speaking and performance skills with friends and, most importantly, it's a lot of fun! Large group speech auditions will be held on Monday, Nov. 18th from 4-5 p.m. and Tuesday, Nov. 19th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in room S154. Students should plan to stay the full hour to audition. Interested students only need to attend one audition session, and they don't need to have anything prepared. Just show up and have fun with us as we play theater games and read from script samples! Congratulations to the cast of Zombie Prom, the musical on being selected to perform this weekend at Iowa Thespian Festival at the University of Northern Iowa! This will be only the second time in the school's history that Clinton High has been selected to perform for over 1,200 high school actors and directors from across the state. The purpose of the meeting is to share the opportunity to join the Special Olympics here in Clinton as well as share what to expect for the 2024-2025 school year. We are excited to offer such a great program to our Special Olympians here in the Clinton School District. You can enter through the front doors. We are having a Golden Ticket Day on Thursday, November 7!!!! If your student had a B- or better in all of your classes as of last Friday, they will receive a ticket. Students are going to Skate City and Clinton 8. There will be an RTI day for the students who didn't receive a ticket. They will follow their normal schedule.

Not only is Mr. Soderstrom a Clinton High Alum, but he was also in the very first freshman class to attend Clinton High School!
