Students interested in the world of trades and transportation, the Living Lands & Waters organization is hosting a one day event on June 10, in East Moline, on their newest floating classroom barge, the Mississippi River Institute. During this FREE event, students will learn about barges, tow boating, deckhanding, and related career topics. Lunch is provided and registration is required. Availability is limited. For more details, see Mr. Bengtson in the library office.
Last day to buy your Prom ticket. Make sure you have your money to buy your ticket if you haven’t gotten it already. You need to have your grades passing and applicable fees paid before the end of Today so you can get your ticket.

A printed ok list for Prom is up by the library’s book return. Make sure you stop by and check the list. If you are not on it, come in and see what you need to go to Prom.
Prom tickets are sold until Thursday April 30th so you need to have your grades passing and applicable fees paid before the end of Thursday. If you have a Fee to pay or items to return, Please don't wait until the day you want to buy your ticket to pay or return it.

Many of the students who are not on the Prom ok list are because they need to get their parking tickets paid off. The library can NOT take payment for parking tickets, they need to be paid on Infinite Campus or with the office ladies.

Golden Ticket Day will be Wednesday April 29th. As of last Friday, if you had a B- or above in all your classes, you will receive a ticket in your 2nd-period class today. Bowling, school lunch, and a movie is the fun that awaits.

ATTENTION: Clinton High School's Golden Ticket Day is this Wednesday, April 29th!
Wednesday's Schedule of events for Golden Ticket Day:
-Start the day with bowling!!!
-Busses out in front of the old building by 8:25am
-Students will gather by the Academic Doors and leave the school by 8:30 for the bowling alley
-Students will bowl from 8:40am to 10:40am
-Students will eat lunch from 10:50-11:15am at school
-At 11:15am, students will be asked to get back on the busses
-End the day at the movie theater!!!
-Students will arrive at the theater at 11:25am. They should have a half hour to use the restroom, grab concessions, and pick a movie
-The movies will start at 11:40am
-They will be dismissed early or have the option to go back to their afternoon classes upon returning. Students will not be just hanging out at school!
