Jefferson Elementary's Day of the Dead celebration was filled with color and culture! Students enjoyed pan de muerto (bread of the dead), created their own calaveras (sugar skulls), and welcomed a special guest, Ms. Reeves, who shared a beautiful bilingual Día de los Muertos story with us.

The October Nutrition Services Employee of the Month is Sara Connolly. Sara is a kitchen helper at CHS and has been with the district for over 9 years. Sara has shown so much initiative and commitment over the past year. She has proactively stepped up and embraced new tasks and responsibilities in an ever-changing environment. We thank her for her dedication to growth and for continuously finding ways to raise the bar!
